Mind. Body. Balance.

Build strength, find balance, and quiet your mind with integrated training that treats body and mind as one—not separate entities.

    Meditation to Quiet the Mind

Find calm in the chaos and learn to be present without the struggle. Through practical, accessible meditation techniques tailored to your needs, you'll develop tools for stress relief, better sleep, improved focus, and emotional regulation—no woo-woo rituals, just guided practices that actually fit into your daily life.

  • Sky with scattered white clouds during daytime.

    Breathwork to Still the Soul

Manage anxiety, release tension, and tap into your body's natural ability to self-regulate through targeted breathing techniques. You'll learn powerful practices designed for your specific needs—calming your nervous system, improving sleep quality, building mental clarity, or processing stored emotions—with tools you can use anytime, anywhere.

  • Pair of black dumbbells, orange resistance band, and a black jump rope with handles on a wooden surface.

Personal Training to Hone the Body

Build functional strength and move with confidence through personalized programs that work with your body, not against it. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a health condition, or simply want to feel more capable in daily life, you'll get training that integrates mind-body awareness with evidence-based exercise—so you build resilience that lasts beyond the gym.

Balance Training to Steel Your Foundation

Reduce fall risk and enhance athletic performance through specialized balance work that goes beyond basic exercises. Using clinical-grade assessments and targeted training, I help you improve stability, strengthen weak points, and move with precision and control—whether you're an athlete optimizing performance, an active adult maintaining edge, or navigating age-related changes and wanting to move through life with confidence.

“Flawlessly, I was guided into 30 minutes for myself — and I was allowed to just stop and let the world keep revolving without me.”

Your Questions, Answered

What People Are Saying

"[Rebecca] came to our house twice a week for one-hour sessions for what would be more than three and a half years, until a month before [my husband] Horace [who had been diagnosed with ALS] passed. During the first two years after beginning coaching, Horace gained weight and muscle.  Our experience with having Rebecca assist Horace with maximizing his strength, range-of-motion and balance was an overwhelmingly positive one. We were very thankful that Rebecca was the person who became Horace's coach. Rebecca is professional in her coaching, positive, reflective and compassionate in her approach. She is watchful of the physical training of her clients, vigilant of safety for her clients, but also sensitive to the emotional and spiritual state of her clients."

-Carolyn King (wife of the late Horace King)

“Always active as an adult and with regular exercise habits most of my life, I never thought I was at risk for [falls]. I did have a couple of falls that I thought were simply from rushing around too much or not being careful… Boy was I shocked after I had my balance assessment by Rebecca McGhee. After going over my results with her, I signed up for a six-session training course dedicated to balance, but incorporating unique exercises to accommodate my particular issues of a bad left knee and some visual issues. What a difference it has made in my life! I had no idea how far I gradually slipped over time. I feel stronger and much steadier, although I never appreciated that I was unsteady before. I now get up from a sitting position without using my arms and I easily pop up out of bed. I am much more confident going down stairs. Prior to these classes, I had not really noticed that these had become issues. As a bonus, my knee feels incredibly improved in my daily activities due to muscle strengthening and an improved sense of balance. My back never bothers me. Importantly, my ongoing balance program only takes me 7-8 minutes a day!”
